Lokatte offers tools to detect a public IP address, look up public IP metadata, view related geolocation and network details, inspect client environment information available in your browser, and export or share reports. Features may change as we improve the product.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the Service beyond what applicable law allows.
• Use lookups to harass, stalk, commit fraud, or violate another person’s rights.
• Misrepresent report output as certified legal, forensic, or law-enforcement evidence when it is not.
• Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

The Service does not require account registration. You remain responsible for how you use lookup results and any data you choose to export, copy, print, or share.

IP geolocation and network metadata depend on third-party data sources and can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, or provider issues.

The Lokatte name, branding, interface, and original content are owned by Webstume LLC or its licensors. You may use exported reports for your personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy the product itself or remove branding in a misleading way.

The Service may rely on third-party APIs and infrastructure (including geolocation providers). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or data errors outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webstume LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on lookup results.

We may update these Terms, modify features, or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.
